Captain Kerry Titheradge. Bravo
Captain Kerry Titheradge is confidently stepping into the shoes of Captain Lee Rosbach on Below Deck, and he's wasting no time in establishing his authority.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the challenge, Kerry declares in the season 11 trailer premiered at BravoCon on November 3, "I enjoy the fact that I have a tremendous responsibility to uphold. We all experience both good and bad days. I demand nothing short of perfection. If you put in the effort, you will reap the rewards. However, if you slack off, I won't hesitate to take swift action."
In February 2024, Bravo will premiere Season 11 of the beloved series below Deck, with Kerry stepping in to replace Lee. However, fans of the show are already acquainted with Kerry as he previously led the team on Below Deck Adventure earlier this year.
Joining Kerry in Grenada are Fraser Olender and Ben Willoughby, both of whom have made appearances during Season 10. The new crew members include Anthony Iracane as the chef, Jared Woodin as the bosun, Marie “Sunny” Marquis and Kyle Stillie as the deckhands, and Cat Baugh, Xandi Olivier, and Barbie Pascual as the stews.
In the preview clip, Kerry is juggling various tasks such as managing hookups, handling demanding guests, and dealing with the typical drama that occurs on Below Deck. Additionally, Fraser appears to overstep boundaries by engaging in a kiss with a charter guest, a behavior typically frowned upon by captains.
Moreover, conflicts arise between Fraser and Ben as they navigate their individual roles in running their respective departments.
"Fraser advised Ben to refrain from participating in any internal conflicts, to which Ben retorted, 'Mate, you've experienced a larger number of individuals being dismissed on your part. It's as simple as that.'"
In a subsequent scene of the video, Kerry seems extremely frustrated with a crew member, expressing, "The simplest aspect of being a captain is operating the boat. The challenging part lies with the crew," as he addresses an undisclosed problem. "I am tremendously furious. This unequivocally demonstrates a complete disregard for my authority."
We broke the news in February that Lee would no longer appear on Below Deck after a decade-long run.
Kerry previously praised his bond with Lee — who gave him advice about joining the franchise.
"During their initial encounter at a golf tournament, he advised me to stay true to myself, reminiscing about the time we played golf together," he shared with Us in February. "Curious about social media management, I sought his guidance, mentioning the idea of hiring someone to handle it for me. Surprisingly, he advocated for managing my own social media presence and advised against outsourcing it."
Kerry fondly recounted the support he received from the esteemed original Below Deck cast member during their encounter at BravoCon.
Lee expressed surprise about his departure from Below Deck, stating that it was unexpected and caught him off guard.
Lee, the reality star, revealed that he was not given a specific explanation for the decision made regarding his departure offscreen. When recalling his conversation, he was informed that they wanted to pursue a different approach. However, he expressed his skepticism towards this reasoning, categorizing it as a typical cliché used in situations where someone is being let go. According to him, phrases like "I'm going to move in a new direction" and "we want to freshen it up a little" are tired clichés that are excessively employed.

Since then, Lee has partnered with his former Below Deck colleague Kate Chastain for Bravo's Coach Talk With Captain Lee and Kate. He is also open to the possibility of returning to Below Deck if approached by the network.
"If they feel that they require my presence on the show, I would be willing to return," he stated. "After a decade of being a part of it, I would prefer to leave on my own terms, if that's the case."
Below Deck season 11 premieres with a supersized episode on Bravo Monday, February 5 at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes will stream the next day on Peacock.
