Every Tuesday, Pokemon GO presents the Spotlight Event, where a specific Pokemon takes center stage for an entire hour, granting players the opportunity to capture an abundance of that particular Pokemon.
During this event, players also have the chance to receive additional rewards that enhance their in-game progress. These rewards may include various types of candy, XP, or Stardust, all of which serve as vital currencies in the game. Pokemon GO Spotlight Hour Schedule October 2023
Due to the placement of August on the calendar this year, players will receive a total of five Pokemon Spotlights instead of the usual four. These special hours will occur every Tuesday between 6 PM and 7 PM in the player's local time. Unlike other games that follow their own time zones, Pokemon GO allows players to experience the game at the same time as their real-world location. Therefore, when it is 6 p.m. for the player, it will also be 6 p.m. in the game.
