A Skrull Could Replicate Bucky's Arm And Replace Him

Contrary to popular belief, Bucky's metal arm does not ensure his immunity to replacement by the Skrulls. Despite its inorganic nature, it is plausible that the Skrulls would have no difficulty replicating the appearance of the Winter Soldier's vibranium prosthetic. This presumption is supported by the fact that both Captain Marvel and Secret Invasion have depicted Skrulls successfully mimicking inanimate clothing to facilitate their covert infiltrations amongst humans (with Earth now harboring a million Skrulls).

Additionally, in Captain Marvel, there was a humorous moment where Ben Mendelsohn's character, Talos, was asked if he had the ability to transform into a file cabinet.
