Brooks Nader makes self-care a top priority in her daily routine, focusing on wellness tips and enjoying time with her loved ones.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model always brings her three sisters – Mary Holland, Grace Ann, and Sarah Jane Nader – to work with her whenever possible. Nader, 27, reveals in the latest issue of We magazine that her sisters are her greatest support system and biggest cheerleaders.
The four sisters grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently live in New York City. Three of them are models, while Mary Holland works in finance. Brooks started her modeling career with SI Swimsuit in 2019 and has been a regular since then. She even had her own cover last year and continues to stay busy with work, relying on her sisters for support.
Recently, Brooks had the opportunity to appear alongside modeling legends such as Tyra Banks, Lily Aldridge, and Kate Upton for the 60th Anniversary of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
"I never thought I would be remembered as a Sports Illustrated legend!" Brooks shared on Instagram on March 26. "It feels surreal to go from being a rookie to a cover girl to now a legend. Remember, never give up."

In a post on Instagram on March 26, Brooks expressed her disbelief at being recognized as a Sports Illustrated legend. She shared, "Never did I ever imagine I would go down in history as a Sports Illustrated LEGEND! To go from rookie, to cover girl, to legend is so surreal! Never give up."

6:45 a.m.
Every morning, Brooks begins her day by getting active. Following a nutritious breakfast, she makes her way to Gotham Gym in New York City to work out with her trusted trainer, Rob Piela.
"I make sure to exercise at least five times a week," she shares with Us. "Keeping my muscles flexible and strong is a priority for me."

8:30 a.m.
Following her morning workout, Brooks likes to hit the sauna before grabbing her caffeine fix for the day.
"I like to relax in the sauna after a challenging workout. It's a great way to unwind, sweat out all the toxins, and get mentally ready for the day ahead," she tells Us.
Once she's done sweating it out, Brooks treats herself to a turmeric latte as a post-workout and post-stretch drink.

9:15 a.m.
Exercise doesn’t stop when Brooks leaves the gym. The model likes to hit the road on foot when she’s in the city to get her steps in and explore the community.
"I prefer walking, especially when I have errands in New York City," she shares with Us. "I enjoy observing people and exploring different neighborhoods - and [the city] offers the ideal setting for both activities."

9:30 a.m.
Time to get to work! After that, Brooks goes to the set for a photo shoot, getting ready in a cozy white robe.
"Some days I am fortunate to have a later call time," she mentions. "I really enjoy my job and the fantastic people I have the opportunity to work alongside."

Sisters as Support
"I love bringing my sisters to work with me whenever possible. Mary Holland, Grace Ann, and Sarah Jane are not only my best support group but also my biggest cheerleaders," Brooks shares. "Whenever we're on set together, it always ends with a fun dance party and some drinks to celebrate!"

8 p.m.
When it comes to de-stressing, Brooks is just like Us. The model grabs a glass of wine and turns on the TV to binge-watch in her loungewear.
“After a long day, I wind down with a nice glass of wine,” she tells Us. “I love to take off my makeup, put on a robe, chill on the couch [and watch] something on Netflix!”
