Paramount+ has recently made the decision to cancel four of its shows and intends to completely remove them from its streaming platform. This trend of canceling new series and subsequently taking away the ability to rewatch them has been observed not only with HBO shows and Disney+ originals, but also with other streaming services. The most recent example of this comes from Paramount+, which has chosen not to proceed with four of its original shows.
According to The Wrap, the shows Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Star Trek: Prodigy, The Game, and Queen of the Universe have all been cancelled and are scheduled to be removed from Paramount+. This decision is part of Paramount+'s plan to merge with Showtime.
More to come...
