In BLEACH Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 Episode 11, Sternritter X, also known as Lille Barro, stands out from other Quincies due to his unique weapon choice. Instead of a traditional Heilig Bogen, Lille wields a sniper rifle. This unconventional weapon fires reishi bullets at his opponents, which can vary in size and strength. Lille's proficiency with his weapon and abilities is evident, as he seems to have been specifically optimized for their use. One notable feature is his blind eye, adorned with a crosshair tattoo featuring an "X" in the center. This eye would be closed in a regular sniper's stance while aiming. The power of Lille's bullets is remarkable, as they have been shown to devastate the floating Riden of the Zero Squad in the false Soul King Palace and repeatedly cut down Oh-Etsu Nimaiya and Shutara Senjumaru.

Lille Barro was the Quincy selected by His Majesty Yhwach to be the first recipient of a Schrift. This bestowed upon him a sense of superiority, believing himself to be closest to god and the Quincy King's finest creation. The X-Axis, his extraordinary power, ensures that any projectile he fires hits its target with complete precision, disregarding any obstacles such as cover or armor. During his confrontation with Oh-Etsu Nimaiya, a master swordsmith, misunderstandings arise regarding the X-Axis ability. Nimaiya aims to exploit Yhwach's positioning to manipulate Lille into firing and hitting his own leader. However, the X-Axis effortlessly pierces through anything in a straight line between Lille and his target, eliminatming the need for concern over friendly fire. The accuracy displayed by Lille Barro is genuinely terrifying, as he possesses the ability to identify the exact vital points of his adversaries from considerable distances and strike them with successive, deadly shots.

In "BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 Episode 13," Lille Barro Sternritter X undergoes a partial Quincy Vollstandig transformation. This occurs when Yhwach, in episodes 25 and 26 titled "The Master" and "BLACK," uses Auswählen to redistribute the powers of the soldiers he left behind in Soul Society to his elite squadron. As a result, Lille Barro and some others assume their Quincy Vollständig forms. Lille's grandiose entrance, adorned with a plethora of wings, serves as a testament to his conviction that he is the supreme creation of Yhwach, standing closest to divinity. As the Seraphim hold the highest-ranking positions in the celestial hierarchy, Lille adopts a regal appearance in a robe-like ensemble, complete with a skirt-like section adorned with the same perforations as his majestic wings. Through these apertures, Lille can unleash projectiles, while his enhanced X-Axis ability renders him impervious to any harm. Similar to his deceased compatriot, As Nodt, Lille possesses a second and final form, which further distorts his human-like figure, molding him into a malevolent owl-like entity with dark, insectoid legs.

Lille's access to a secondary form, in addition to his fully manifested Vollständig, is another intriguing parallel to As Nodt. Both characters display an intense devotion to Yhwach, which is reflected in their actions. "Jilliel," meaning "Judgment of God," represents an aspect of Lille's character that has yet to be fully explored in the anime. However, when Lille reaches his final form, he releases a series of light-based attacks that align with the concept of his Vollständig as the embodiment and enforcement of divine law.
