Content revised: Adil Nabi, a former England youth international, has signed a contract with ambitious Cypriot top-division team Doxa Katokopias until the end of the season. Earlier this week, we reported exclusively that Nabi had arrived in Nicosia and was on the verge of finalizing the deal.
The attacking midfielder has recently signed a contract to play in a league football for the fifth time, having previously played in England, Scotland, Greece, and India.
In 2015, Nabi made history as the first Premier League player to be loaned to the Indian Super League, when he transferred from West Brom to Delhi Dynamos. He is also anticipated to be selected to play for the Pakistan National Team later this year.

Nabi, Riise, Carlos, and Malouda all represented Delhi during the 2015 Indian Super League season. Serving as player-manager for Delhi was the legendary Brazilian Roberto Carlos, while Nabi, who was only 21 years old then, had the opportunity to share the pitch with Florent Malouda, a Champions League victor, and former Liverpool full-back John Arne Riise.
Speaking to We News back in 2015, Riise predicted a bright future for Nabi.
"He's a great finisher and as his confidence and fitness builds he'll go on to be very good, Riise told We News.
"He's very young but he was voted West Brom's best young player. He's got some amazing skills and he's going to be a top, top player."

Coach Ruudy Yusuf is the new first team coach at Clapton CFC
Coach Ruudy Yusuf made his return to the Old Spotted Dog Ground on Saturday, taking up the role of first-team coach at Clapton CFC. The visitors, FC United of Manchester, emerged victorious with a 3-1 win, allowing them to claim the Brian Lomax trophy and take it back to Lancashire.
Yusuf has previously held the position of first-team coach for both the men's and women's teams at Billericay Town. He has also managed at Hounslow Women and Harlow Town Ladies. During his time at Newham FC, Yusuf worked alongside Sham Darr, who is now the assistant manager at Clapton CFC. Geoff Ocran, the manager of Clapton CFC, expressed his excitement at having Yusuf, an East Londoner, join his backroom staff.
Ruudy's addition to the team has brought exceptional experience and indispensable knowledge, and he has quickly immersed himself in training the players.
I am thrilled to have Ruudy join us as we transition to step 6 football, and I am eagerly anticipating the start of the season.
