In chapter 3 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, a sneak peek reveals that Boruto engages in a relentless pursuit of Code, utilizing his newly acquired jutsu. However, Code tactfully restricts Boruto's mobility by grasping his arm. Noticing the wind generated by Uzuhiko encircling his arm, Code relinquishes his grip and proceeds to launch a fierce counterattack.
However, Code encountered a peculiar phenomenon as he struggled to land a hit on Boruto. Despite his relentless onslaught, none of his attacks successfully made contact. Surprisingly, Boruto exhibited a bewilderingly stationary stance, giving the impression that he had acquired a newfound ability akin to Goku's awe-inspiring Ultra Instinct from Dragon Ball Super.

This unique ability allows Goku's body to move and engage in combat independently, free from the need for conscious thought. As a result, Goku is able to effortlessly evade any attack thrown at him by his adversaries, without the need for deliberate judgment.
Interestingly, only a handful of characters in the Dragon Ball franchise, such as the angels and Goku himself, are capable of utilizing this exceptional technique. While the Gods of Destruction are familiar with Ultra Instinct, they have yet to master it themselves. Clearly, mastering this technique is an arduous task.

However, since the manga chapter has not been officially released, it is uncertain which new technique aided Boruto in achieving the Ultra Instinct-like skill.Bearing in mind that the sole technique Boruto unveiled was the Rasengan: Uzuhiko, it is possible that the attack-evasion technique was a component of the new jutsu.

As a result, it is possible that this initial interaction disrupted Code's rhythm and caused him to be slower or disoriented. This created the illusion that Boruto was effortlessly evading all of Code's attacks.
However, in reality, Code's disorientation might have deceived him into thinking that Boruto was evading his attacks at full speed. In truth, Code may have been executing his attacks at a slower pace, enabling Boruto to effortlessly dodge them. To uncover more about this, enthusiasts must await the release of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 3.
