Bachelor in Paradise star Brayden Bowers has found love with his girlfriend Christina Mandrell. Christina expressed her excitement on Instagram, celebrating their special connection beyond the drama of reality TV.
Christina uploaded videos of the couple in their affectionate and silly world, hinting that her partner Brayden, 25, is moving to her hometown of Nashville. She currently lives in Nashville with her daughter Blakely, whom she shares with her ex-husband.
“Moving from San Diego to Nashville is not just a change of scenery, but the next part of our journey as a team," Christina, who was previously featured on Zach Shallcross’ season of The Bachelor, said. "We look forward to a future defined by laughter, authenticity, and the strength of 'US.' We are embarking on this adventure together, supporting each other and creating a home filled with joy and love. We are grateful for the comfort of being completely ourselves with each other. There is something truly special about discovering a love that feels like home."
During the season 9 finale of BiP on Thursday, ABC surprised fans by unveiling in a post-credit scene that Brayden — who departed the beach spinoff without a romantic connection — had discovered love with Christina after departing the beach single. (Christina did not journey to Mexico for the spinoff.)

On Thursday, Brayden, 25, shared on Instagram that he had taken advice from Wells Adams, the 39-year-old bartender from BiP. Wells had advised Brayden to find a "Southern Belle" girlfriend, and Brayden noted that he had done just that. Additionally, he expressed how much of a blessing Christina has been in his life.

Brayden expressed his gratitude: “She has supported me through some really challenging times and has shown me incredible grace throughout it all. She has become my confidant, my accountability partner, and my favorite person. I’m so thankful that I can now openly celebrate our relationship. I can finally shout it from the mountaintops. Love you babe, thank you for being in my life.”

BiP was filmed in early summer, requiring Brayden and Christina to keep their relationship secret until the show finished airing. After their romance was finally revealed, they shared more glimpses of their private milestones with Bachelor Nation fans on their Instagram Stories.
Christina shared a video of Brayden joining her at the salon the next morning for her hair appointment. In the caption, she expressed gratitude for her boyfriend's ability to understand and support her during her menstrual cycle, saying "I'm lucky to have a boyfriend who can readily debrief me on my cycle when I ask him why I'm feeling moody. I'm so in love with the man, y'all."
