Jared Woodin further distanced himself from his fellow Below Deck cast members while facing personal issues off the boat.

In a recent episode airing on Monday, March 11, Jared, Fraser Olender, Anthony Iracane, Ben Willoughby, and Kyle Stillie had a boys' night out after a charter. The atmosphere changed when Fraser proposed that they support Anthony during the anniversary of his father's passing.

Jared was not happy about the request because he believed he had already done a lot of work. Seeing Jared visibly frustrated, Fraser asked him about his behavior.

In a confessional, the chief steward expressed concern, saying, "I understand we all have our own issues, but Jared's aggression is worrying. It's a red flag if someone can become so angry after just a few drinks."

Barbie Pascual chose to spend time with Kyle in her cabin instead of Jared, who was trying to flirt with her. This left Jared feeling upset about the mess his deckhand had made upstairs.

Barbie was impressed with Jared's assertiveness. He kept coming into her cabin without knocking, upset with Kyle for not cleaning up after himself promptly. Jared was on a winning streak that night.

Jared explained to Kyle that he needed to keep his job. He asked Kyle to vacuum before going to bed to help clean up. Jared mentioned that he didn't want to do this task in front of others as it was his responsibility.

Kerry stepped in to diffuse the tension during the conversation. In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Kerry tried to understand what happened before he intervened. Kyle informed Kerry about how Jared angrily entered Barbie's room.

Following this, Kerry inquired if Barbie felt scared by Jared's actions. Kerry also had an honest discussion with Jared, mentioning, "This is the second instance of you drinking excessively and behaving poorly."

Jared recently talked about how issues at home were affecting him.

"I only have two days a week to speak with my daughter. If I don't follow the schedule, I risk losing all contact," Jared, who has a young child with his ex, shared in a recent episode. "I'm working on rebuilding trust. Keeping a consistent schedule is very important to me."

Jared expressed how the lack of communication impacted his behavior. He shared, "Last night was really tough for me. Tuesdays and Fridays are the days I usually talk to my daughter. Not being able to reach her due to the lack of phone service was really emotional for me."

Kerry provided Jared with support but also reminded him of his responsibilities to fulfill his job duties.

Kerry expressed concern about Jared's well-being, noting that he seems to be struggling. Despite being the head of a department, it is important for Jared to stay focused on his responsibilities for the safety of everyone involved.
