Adam Driver fans are fervent - just inquire with host Chris Wallace. The actor's passionate fan base swiftly intervened when the host of Who's Talking to Chris Wallace? questioned the Ferrari star about his appearance.
During an interview on the Max talk show on Friday, December 1, Driver, 40, shared a time when he was once called a "horse face" in public.
"I don't take it too seriously," Driver said. "I recall reading a review that said, 'His agent probably doesn't know if he should cast him in a movie or the Kentucky Derby.'"

When host Wallace, 76, asked Driver whether his looks have been a “help or a hindrance” when it comes to his career, the actor had an honest answer.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working consistently with people I’ve always dreamed of working with,” he explained. “So, in that sense, my appearance hasn’t held me back. I can’t change the way I look, but I guess it has helped me.”
Driver joked that it’s only “a hindrance” when he’s “breaking mirrors wherever I go.” He added, “And having a larger-than-life body that doesn’t fit through doorways or most clothes or cars. Other than that, it’s all good.”
Wallace pointed out that Driver's acting abilities have been likened to those of iconic stars such as Jack Nicholson and Al Pacino by certain media outlets.
"Those are the actors who inspired me to pursue acting, so it's flattering to be compared to them," Driver commented, emphasizing that he avoids taking in any commentary about himself. "I take it all with a grain of salt; if you believe the praise, you have to believe the criticism too."
Despite Driver's apparent lack of concern about the discussion on his appearance, Wallace faced swift criticism from the actor's fans on social media.
"One social media user tweeted, "Chris Wallace, you raggedy b****! The audacity of you, questioning Adam Driver's looks," while another fan wrote, "Chris Wallace called Adam Driver UGLY?!!!??!!??"
"Another user commented, "It's unbelievable how men like Chris Wallace can criticize someone like Adam Driver and demand they look like Robert Redford. It just goes to show how clueless some men can be."

“My face is my face. I had a whole life before acting, over the years,” Driver told The Guardian in March 2015. “Lots of things have been said about my face.”
