Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff, former stars of Little People, Big World, recently welcomed their fourth child, a daughter named Mirabella May Roloff, at home on May 23.

Audrey shared on Instagram on Monday, May 27, that the birth was everything she had hoped for and prayed for. She expressed her excitement to share the birth story soon, but for now, the family is enjoying cuddles and adjusting to life with their new addition. These moments are truly special for the family of six.

Jeremy and Audrey announced Audrey's pregnancy in November 2023. They shared the exciting news with their kids in an Instagram video captioned, "Secret's out... Baby #4 is on the way!!! We are thrilled to be expanding our family and welcoming another little one into our crew."

The couple, who got married in September 2014 and left Little People, Big World in 2018, have previously welcomed daughter Ember in September 2017, and sons Bode in January 2020 and Radley in November 2021.

Audrey made it clear that she was not pregnant despite rumors circulating about her fourth pregnancy. In March 2023, she addressed the speculation by explaining that she was simply taking prenatal supplements to prepare her body for the future. Audrey shared on Instagram, "Woahhhh y’all can calm down I’m not pregnant just taking a prenatal to prepare my body in advance." She also mentioned that she had not been consistent with prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant in the past, so she was trying to be proactive this time.

Five months later, Audrey addressed fans who speculated about a possible baby bump. She reiterated that she was not expecting and reminded everyone not to ask such questions. She made this clear through her Instagram Story in August 2023.

Audrey then posted another photo showing her flatter stomach. She mentioned that she should have chosen that picture or angle from the start, but decided to go with a different one because Rad looked cuter in it.

In March 2022, Audrey responded to an Instagram user who criticized her choice of giving birth to Radley in a birth center instead of a hospital.

She clarified in her Instagram Story, "I am not against modern medicine! I had amazing labor and delivery nurses for Ember and Bode's births and I loved them. I simply preferred a more natural approach to birth and wanted to avoid unnecessary medical interventions that are more common in hospitals."

Audrey made it clear that she was not criticizing anyone who doesn't agree with her opinion. She believes that every mother should make their own decision based on what they feel is best for them and where they are most comfortable.

She went on to share her positive experience at the birth center. Audrey described it as calm and peaceful, and both she and Jer agreed that it felt like the right place for them. She also mentioned that while she had good experiences at the hospital for her other births, having a doula present helped advocate for her desired no/minimal interventions, allowing her and Jer to focus on laboring together.
