The final episode of Attack on Titan concluded Eren's storyline, bringing an end to the Power of the Titans and offering a glimpse into the aftermath of the Battle of Heaven and Earth on Paradis Island. Historia Reiss, a key figure in the war's aftermath, was shown to be pregnant on a farm in the Final Season. Although the anime did not disclose the identity of the father, she was depicted living with him. In the second part of the finale, Historia was shown to be going into labor during the Rumbling. The question remains: Did Historia Reiss successfully overcome her obstacles?

Historia Reiss did indeed survive the Battle of Heaven and Earth. Three years after the Rumbling, she was seen celebrating her daughter's third birthday with her family.
As the Queen of the Walls, Historia took charge of the government. Many people on Paradis supported Eren Yeager, so they were mad at the Survey Corps and Marley Warriors for getting in his way. This put anyone associated with the Survey Corps at risk.

However, Historia utilized her authority as the queen to safeguard the families of the soldiers who assisted in halting Eren. This is illustrated by Connie's words in the manga, as he urged others to have faith in the Queen, who prioritized protecting his mother and Jean's relatives from the Yeagerists.
Historia strived to maintain the delicate balance between the Yeagerist militants and the outside world, but the Yeagerists were worried about potential attacks from external militant forces. As a result, they established a militant army composed of Yeagerists to protect the island. This posed a significant threat to the Survey Corps members and Marley Warriors if they were to set foot on Paradis Island.

Nevertheless, Historia extended an invitation for peace talks on Paradis Island. The combined group of Survey Corps members and Marley Warriors had transformed into The Allied Nations' Ambassadors for peace negotiations. Historia's goal was to engage in dialogue with them and potentially establish a peace treaty with the outside world in order to prevent future conflicts.

The end credit scenes revealed Armin, Mikasa, and others visiting Eren's grave, indicating that Historia was successful in her efforts to allow the Survey Corps members to stay on the island. It can be assumed that Historia Reiss had a long and happy reign as the Queen of the Walls.
Unfortunately, as shown in the end credits, war once again plagued Paradis Island years after Historia's death. Despite her successful efforts for a few decades, war ultimately returned to haunt the Eldians on the island.

As an enthusiastic fan of Attack on Titan, I was thrilled to finally witness the conclusion of Eren's journey and the fate of Historia Reiss. The final episode provided a satisfying resolution to the epic series, offering a glimpse into the aftermath of the Battle of Heaven and Earth. Historia's survival and her role as the Queen of the Walls were particularly intriguing aspects of the finale.
Historia's strength and resilience shone through as she navigated the complex political landscape of Paradis Island. Despite the challenges she faced, including the Yeagerist militants and the threat of external attacks, Historia remained steadfast in her pursuit of peace. Her efforts to protect the families of the soldiers who opposed Eren and her invitation for peace talks demonstrated her commitment to the well-being of her people. It was heartwarming to see Historia successfully maintain a delicate balance between the Yeagerists and the outside world, allowing the Survey Corps members and Marley Warriors to remain on the island.
