Attack on Titan Final Season Unveils Epic Last Trailer

The Final Chapters Special 2 of Attack on Titan has released its last trailer, marking the end of the beloved and occasionally controversial anime series.

Pony Canyon unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming finale of Attack on Titan on their YouTube channel. The TV special is scheduled to air in Japan on November 4, 2023, at midnight and has a runtime of 85 minutes. The original voice cast will be returning, including Yuki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa, and Marina Inoue, who will reprise their roles as Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, and Armin Arlert respectively. Linked Horizon, the band behind the highly acclaimed "Guren no Yumiya," regarded by many fans as one of the greatest anime opening themes of all time, will be back to perform the theme song. The ending song, titled "Itterasshai," will be performed by Ai Higuchi, who also sang the ending song for Part 2 of Attack on Titan Season 4.

In addition to the captivating visuals that Attack on Titan unveiled leading up to the finale's highly anticipated premiere, the franchise has announced an exciting collaboration with Uniqlo for a new clothing line. Alongside this, fans can also look forward to a captivating art book featuring 18 pages showcasing Hajime Isayama's latest creation, Akudo. Moreover, the series recently premiered an intriguing interview with Eren himself on Japanese state broadcaster NHK, leaving viewers in awe.

The Attack on Titan anime, which began in April 2013, has come to an end after a successful 10-year run. It has received critical acclaim for its exploration of humanity and its dark themes, leading to debates and even bans in certain countries such as China. The final episode of Attack on Titan will be animated by Studio MAPPA and directed by Yuichiro Hayashi, Ryota Aikei, and Tokio Igarashi. The renowned composers Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto are returning to work on the anime's music.
