Ashley Benson, 34, has given birth to her first baby with husband Brandon Davis, 45.
Benson was spotted in Westwood, California, with Davis after the birth. In photos shared by the Daily Mail, she was seen wearing comfortable black pants and a black crop top layered with a green button-down shirt. Davis sported a striped sweater and black shorts, affectionately wrapping his arm around Benson as they strolled together.
The actress, known for her role in Pretty Little Liars, and Davis began their whirlwind romance in January 2023. They took to Instagram in June 2023 to make their relationship official and announced their engagement the next month.
In July 2023, Benson shared a photo of her engagement ring on her Instagram Story with the caption, "My best frienddddd. I love you." Davis later reposted the photo, expressing, "Love of my life."
One month after confirming their engagement, a source exclusively told We that Benson and Davis transitioned into their romance in a “very healthy” way after years of friendship. “They’re head over heels in love,” the insider said in August 2023. “Ashley feels secure and safe with him.”
Us subsequently revealed in October 2023 that Benson was expecting her first baby with Davis. “She’s around the four month [mark] and so excited to be a mom, she’s been eating really well and taking care of her body,” a source shared. “Ashley’s family is also thrilled for her.”
A second insider revealed that the pregnancy was not unexpected for Benson, as she had always desired to become a mother. According to the source, starting a family with Brandon was a priority for her, and this desire was communicated early on in their relationship. Initially, Benson had not planned on having children at this stage in her life, but her feelings changed after developing a strong bond with Brandon.
Benson expressed her desire for a large family in September 2019, mentioning her hope for having 25 children in the future. She humorously shared that her former Pretty Little Liars costars, Troian Bellisario and Shay Mitchell, would assist with her kids when the time comes. Benson had already purchased three vintage T-shirts for her future children, indicating her thoughtful planning for the future.
Additionally, Benson emphasized her intention to hold onto the T-shirts until her children were old enough to wear them. She playfully remarked that she would go to great lengths to preserve the clothing items for that special moment.
As Benson and Davis prepared for the arrival of their little one, news broke in November 2023 that they had secretly married.
Throughout the significant moments in their relationship, Benson and Davis maintained a low profile. In a previous interview with Cosmopolitan UK in March 2021, she shared her reasoning for keeping her personal life private. "I usually keep my relationships private," she explained. "You obviously can’t help if you get photographed together. [But] it’s more sacred that way. Those private moments are for you and your partner, and I think it’s best not to be over-exposed, and you can really protect your relationship if you’re not exploiting it."
