Amy Robach's daughters, Ava and Annalise, have been spending time with their stepfather, Andrew Shue, even while their mother is involved in an affair with T.J. Holmes. Prior to the scandal, Robach became a mother when she had her children with Tim McIntosh, whom she was married to from 1996 to 2008. Similarly, Shue was previously married to Jennifer Hageney from 1994 to 2008, and together they had sons Nate, Aidan, and Wyatt before their separation.
The TV reporter and former Melrose Place actor got married in 2010. They often talked about their experiences in raising a blended family, emphasizing the importance of regular family dinners and individual time with each child. Shue shared in 2017 that these simple gestures can make a significant difference in relationships.
In November 2022, eyebrows were raised when the ex-ABC reporter and Holmes were seen getting close outside of work. A month later, the Arkansas native filed for divorce from his wife of over ten years, Marilee Fiebig. Shue, on the other hand, deleted any mention of his estranged wife from his Instagram account and has yet to address the scandal publicly.

Every Time Amy Robach's Daughters Showed Their Support for Andrew Shue and His Sons After T.J. Holmes Drama
Amy Robach's daughters, Ava and Annalise, have continued to spend time with stepfather Andrew Shue in the midst of their mother's affair with T.J. Holmes.
Robach and Shue both had children from their previous marriages before they got together. They got married in 2010 and talked openly about the challenges and joys of raising a blended family. They made it a priority to have dinner together as a family at least five nights a week, and also made sure to spend quality time with each of their children individually.
In November 2022, eyebrows were raised when the former ABC reporter was seen being affectionate with Holmes outside of the office. Just a month later, Holmes, a native of Arkansas, filed for divorce from his wife of over ten years, Marilee Fiebig. Meanwhile, Shue erased any mention or images of his estranged wife from his Instagram account and has not made any public statements regarding the scandal.
In January 2023, Us magazine broke the news that the GMA3 coanchors were officially removed from ABC. Several weeks later, the network released a statement regarding Robach and Holmes' departure. Despite the public controversy, Robach's children openly shared glimpses of their quality time with their stepfather and his children.

Ava and Annalise celebrated Shue's birthday in New York City with his sons, and Robach's youngest daughter showed her love for her stepfather on social media by sharing a heartfelt tribute on Instagram: "Happy birthday Andy. I love you."

After the actor's son Nate released a movie, Robach's kids publicly promoted the project.
"Concerning my big brother," Ava captioned a snapshot from the movie. In the meantime, Annalise expressed her pride as a "proud little sister" in her Instagram Story about Sense, which Nate subsequently reposted on his own profile.
