Unfortunately, their marriage was doomed when Cole became the Source of All Evil.

Everything Alyssa Milano and Julian McMahon Have Done Since Charmed
Although McMahon made a brief appearance in season 7, Milano continued to stay on the show until its final season, season 8, in 2006. Taking advantage of his earlier departure, McMahon went on to portray the iconic villain Victor Von Doom in the 2005 Marvel comic adaptation Fantastic Four. He reprised this role in the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Additionally, McMahon achieved television success with notable roles in 100 episodes of Nip/Tuck, 19 episodes of Runaways, and 43 episodes of FBI: Most Wanted.
On the other hand, Milano not only appeared in various television series such as Insatiable and Mistresses but also explored the film industry and ventured beyond acting. Alongside starring in movies like Hall Pass, Little Italy, and Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, she has actively engaged in activism, supporting progressive causes. Notably, Milano's 2017 Tweet is credited with reigniting widespread interest in the MeToo movement, originally created by Tarana Burke in 2006.
Both actors have been consistently working since Charmed, but they haven't had the opportunity to work together again since the series ended. The last time they appeared onscreen together was in the 2005 episode titled "The Seven Year Witch." Despite this, Milano's reunion posts on Instagram indicate that they have maintained their friendship throughout the years.
