Altercation Erupts Between TI and Son King During Atlanta Falcons Game Livestream

T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, got into a heated altercation with their son King during an NFL game.
During the Atlanta Falcons game on Sunday, November 26, 19-year-old King went live on Instagram from their suite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, having a tense conversation with his parents. King insisted he knew hardship while growing up, though his parents disagreed. When T.I., 43, questioned if his son had "ever woke up with a roach on [his] face," King denied it. However, he maintained he hadn't had a privileged upbringing despite his dad's wealth and fame.
“I have never eaten with that a day in my life,” King said. He then revealed that he used to visit his grandma's house because he didn't "want to be in these gates" of his parents' home, and instead longed to be "outside in the neighborhood."
Tiny, 48, then appeared on the livestream and asserted that King's reason for going to his grandma’s house was that he could “suck a pacifier over there until he was 12 years old.” However, King had a different perspective on the situation.

"They're trying to claim that I was trying to suck on a pacifier over there, but they won't tell you the whole story," King claimed. "They're trying to cover it up."
As the tension rose, King declared that his parents were not telling the truth. Tiny then told her son to be quiet. When King asked why his mom was allowing someone to deceive him, she simply replied that he was joking.
T.I. (real name Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) was heard in the background, saying "You are embarrassing yourself." The camera then showed T.I. trying to physically restrain King, who yelled, "Get off me." As the video ended, King declared, "Boy, you can’t do nothing with me. Ain’t s–t you can do with me."
King made a series of Instagram Stories, which have now been deleted, in which he asserted his independence and maturity. He also addressed the issue of people pretending to be friends with him when they are not. This comes after King and his father, T.I., talked about the potential for King to portray T.I. in a biopic at ComplexCon 2023 earlier this month. T.I. and his wife, Tiny, have several children together and have been married since 2010.

King remarked, "I can see it because people say I act just like him. They say I'm just a little paler than him." Meanwhile, T.I. expressed confidence in his son's abilities, stating, "He can do anything he puts his mind to. He just has to overcome his own limitations. I believe he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to."
