Alan Wake 2: All Inventory Upgrade Locations (Saga)

In the Cauldron Lake General Store, players can discover the initial inventory upgrade for Saga. This upgrade can be found in the room containing the freezer, where it sits on a filing cabinet beneath the Sawed-Off Shotgun. Make sure to visit this location during the Heart chapter of Alan Wake 2: Return 2.

Saga's second inventory upgrade can be found in a Cult Stash located at the southern end of the Cauldron Lake Shore. To access this container, players need to visit the Overlap in Cauldron Lake as part of the main story. Once there, they must replicate the presented lock pattern in order to open it.

Obtaining the third inventory upgrade for Saga requires acquiring the Bolt Cutters, which can be obtained during Alan Wake 2's Return 5: Old Gods chapter. Once the Bolt Cutters are obtained, players should head to Harbor Street, located on the south side of Bright Falls. Using the Bolt Cutters, they can unlock the gate at the dock. Proceeding through the gate, players will find a small structure on their right. Inside this structure is a Cult Stash that can be opened by entering the code 697 into its lock. The third inventory upgrade can be found inside the stash.

The final inventory upgrade for Saga can be found on a small round table located inside the Watery Lighthouse. To gain entry into this structure, players must successfully open all 22 Cult Stashes in Alan Wake 2. Within the 22nd Cult Stash that is opened, players will discover the Watery Lighthouse Key. This key can then be used to unlock the door to the structure, granting access to the final inventory upgrade.

To increase Alan's inventory, players must spend a Words of Stuff on the Magic Pocket skill. Here's where to locate the Words of Power in Alan Wake 2. Players are encouraged to pursue both opportunities:

The first Words of Stuff can be found in the Oceanview Hotel during the Room 665 chapter of Alan Wake 2's Initiation 5. More precisely, it is situated on the ceiling in the bar area of the Ballroom.

The second Words of Stuff can be found in Initiation 8: Zane's Film. Fans should aim to reach the Spotlights on the Poet's Cinema's Rooftop and direct their attention towards the wall in the southwest corner.
