Alaia Baldwin's Infamous Tampon Incident Unveiled by Bartender Prior to Arrest (Exclusive)

Exclusive revelation by a bartender to Us Weekly on the shocking moment Alaia Baldwin threw a used tampon, leading to her arrest. Dive into the details of this controversial incident.

Bartender Haleigh Cauley shared the shocking incident involving Alaia Baldwin Aronow, Hailey Bieber's older sister, and a used tampon. According to Cauley, it was a chaotic situation. She exclusively revealed this information to We on Friday, March 1, following Aronow's arrest for assault.

While working as a bartender at Club Elan in Savannah, GA on Saturday, February 24, Cauley was informed by security that there was an intoxicated female, later identified as Aronow, and two friends in the employee restroom.

Cauley asked the three women to leave, explaining that they were not allowed to be in the employee restroom. It was then that she noticed there was vomit in the bathroom sink.

Cauley shared that when she informed her friends that she needed a minute, one of them replied, "I need to change my tampon." She then went into the bathroom to do so. Despite being asked to leave, she stayed inside and even asked, "Do you want to see it?" before flinging it at Cauley, hitting her in the face.

After Cauley left the situation, security promptly escorted Aronow out of the establishment. Cauley claimed that Aronow started thrashing around, with her arms flailing everywhere. She alleged that Aronow struck one guard and "punched" another in the groin. Aronow was also said to have pulled out "a clump" of hair from one of the security guards.

Cauley shared, "She was literally holding hair in her hand! She was freaking out."

On Friday, it was confirmed that Aronow was arrested and charged with simple assault, simple battery, battery, and criminal trespass after the reported incident.

The police report revealed that Aronow was accused of assaulting three club employees, which was consistent with Cauley's version of events. Aronow claimed she was simply "defending herself" during the altercation. (Aronow did not respond to Us' request for comment.)

According to Cauley, the friends that Aronow was with at the bar allegedly did not intervene or assist during the incident, choosing instead to watch from the sidelines.

Cauley mentioned that she is still unsure about whether she will press charges against Aronow for allegedly flinging a tampon.

She expressed, "It is quite a disgusting thing to do, and as a grown-up, you should have better judgment."
