Ahsoka's actions in the new Star Wars era demonstrate her determination to redeem Shin Hati, showcasing her growth and wisdom as a Jedi. In Ahsoka episode 7, it becomes evident that Ahsoka Tano, portrayed by Rosario Dawson, surpasses Jedi Master Yoda in wisdom, thanks to the guidance of her former master, Anakin Skywalker. Together with Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) and Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi), the trio of Jedi confronts Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno) and the Night Troopers under Grand Admiral Thrawn. This new Star Wars show showcases Ahsoka's exceptional wisdom and maturity.

Ahsoka finally catches up with Sabine and Ezra on the extragalactic world of Peridea in episode 7 of Ahsoka. This is the same world where Grand Admiral Thrawn, along with Bridger himself, has been in exile for over a decade. However, Thrawn has found a way to escape with the help of Morgan Elsbeth and her Dark Jedi mercenaries, Baylan Skoll and his apprentice Shin. Now, Baylan and Shin have split up, with Baylan searching for a greater power on Perdiea. This unique situation presents an opportunity for Ahsoka to demonstrate her wisdom.

Yoda Didn't Believe In Redemption - But Ahsoka Offers Her Enemies Redemption

Ahsoka Skywalker's Unparalleled Wisdom Surpasses Master Yoda - Thanks to Anakin

In the original Star Wars trilogy, it is evident that Master Yoda held the belief that redemption from the dark side was nearly impossible due to its enduring corruption. While training Luke Skywalker on Dagobah, the exiled Jedi Grandmaster conveyed this perspective by stating, "Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny". Yoda firmly believed that once an individual succumbed to the temptations of the dark side, there was seemingly no way for them to return.

However, Ahsoka took a contrasting approach, which is evident in episode 7 of "Ahsoka". Despite Yoda's teachings and convictions, Ahsoka extended an opportunity for redemption to Shin Hati. After Thrawn commanded his forces to retreat following their initial confrontation, Shin was left alone, enabling Ahsoka to reach out and offer her assistance in finding a new path towards the light. Although Shin declined and chose to join the retreat, it remains possible that she may ultimately experience redemption in Ahsoka's final episode.
