Beverley Mitchell recently had a heartwarming reunion with her former castmates from 7th Heaven at 90s Con. This event allows fans to meet their favorite stars from ’90s shows, bringing smiles to everyone's faces.

In an Instagram video shared on Friday, March 15, the 43-year-old actress, known for her role as Lucy Camden on the WB/CW show, expressed her gratitude for the special bond she shares with her "crazy" TV family.

She expressed her gratitude, stating that the gathering was much needed and she felt blessed to have shared love and laughter with her former colleagues. She thanked @thats4ent for bringing them together for #90scon.

The heartwarming video featured moments set to Connor Price’s song “Grateful” and showcased images of former costars Catherine Hicks (Annie), Barry Watson (Matt), David Gallagher (Simon), and Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie) who all reunited in Hartford, Connecticut. The snapshots captured various fun moments including the TV siblings on the purple carpet, the cast posing next to a giant heart statue, several selfies, and a group shot of the cast exploring the city at night.

Jessica Biel, who portrayed Mary Camden, Lucy's older sister, was not in the photo, but Mitchell assured fans that she was virtually present. Despite not being there in person, the 42-year-old actress connected with the group over the phone during the event. Mitchell shared, "We even FaceTimed @jessicabiel. There is a whole lotta love in this group."

While on their way to the convention on Thursday, March 14, Mitchell and Gallagher, 39, found themselves on the same flight. However, their journey was not as pleasant as they had expected.

Mitchell took to Instagram to share the news, saying, "Guess what? We're headed to Hartford...I'm not sure if we'll even make it."

Gallagher remained hopeful, saying, "We're going to make it."

Mitchell jumped in, adding, "It might depend on plans, trains, and automobiles, but we're definitely heading to '90 Con. Not sure when we'll arrive though."

She later updated her fans on the situation.

"We didn't quite make it. We made it to Washington, D.C.," Mitchell shared in a video on Instagram. Gallagher laughed in disbelief as she continued, "We need to go to Connecticut and we had two options: to spend the night and catch an early flight or..."

Gallagher suggested going on a road trip, but Mitchell wasn't keen on the idea. She mentioned that it would be a seven and a half hour drive, and she didn't think Gallagher was prepared for her to be a backseat driver.

The two friends began laughing and trying to stay positive.

"We might just make it to Connecticut eventually," Mitchell said optimistically. "We still have five hours before our early flight. Stay tuned for more adventures with Bev and David! It's been quite an exciting journey so far."

Thankfully, the duo successfully made it and got to hang out with their 7th Heaven cast members.

7th Heaven concluded in 2007 after airing for 11 seasons and producing 243 episodes. The show revolved around a reverend's family with seven children residing in the made-up town of Glen Oak, California.

Stephen Collins, who portrayed the role of Eric Camden, the father figure in the family, did not attend the event and was not invited. In 2012, at the age of 76, Collins confessed to inappropriate behavior with underage girls during a therapy session that was secretly recorded. The recording was leaked in 2014, and Collins later acknowledged his actions in an interview with Katie Couric.

Collins expressed his feelings about the situation by saying, "This information was made public without my consent. I never intended for my actions to be revealed in this way. I was not prepared to address these issues in a public forum."

He added, “I had dealt with them very, very strongly, and committedly, in my private life, but I think, I’m a human being with flaws and I’ve done everything to address it.”
