Despite ending their relationship, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval continue to live together, similar to other celebrity exes like Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson. This is true even after Madix discovered Sandoval's months-long infidelity with their Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss, resulting in a turbulent breakup in March 2023.
A representative for Sandoval informed us that they jointly own the house and it will take some time to resolve the future of the property. They emphasized that this is not a matter that can be resolved quickly or over a weekend. Sandoval later confirmed that he and Madix continue to reside together even after five months.
"We rarely make eye contact anymore," Sandoval joked. "It's gotten to the point where we don't even make eye contact during intimacy, it's unbelievable." (Sandoval quickly added, "Just kidding.")

Celebrity Exes Who Lived Together Post-Split, Because Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix Aren't the Only Ones
While the romantic connection may have come to an end, the shared living situation remains unchanged. This pattern has been observed among numerous well-known former couples, such as Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, and many others.
Sandoval and Madix, who ended their relationship in March 2023 when Madix found out Sandoval had been cheating with their Vanderpump Rules costar Raquel Leviss, are currently living together despite their difficult breakup. According to a representative for Sandoval, they both own the house and it will take time to determine the future of the property. It is not a matter that can be resolved quickly.
Five months later, Sandoval affirmed that he and Madix continued to reside together.
"We rarely make eye contact," Sandoval teased. "We don't even lock eyes during intimate moments anymore, it's unbelievable." (Sandoval, on a lighter note, clarified: "I'm only joking.")

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson
In a July 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Kardashian shared details about her current living arrangements. She revealed that her ex-partner, who is also the father of her children True and Tatum, along with his youngest brother, are currently residing with her and the kids. This temporary arrangement came about due to the unfortunate passing of their mother, Andrea, and the need to wait for repairs to be done on their own home.
During the episode, Kardashian explained, "Tristan is in the process of renovating his house. He was staying there during the renovations, but due to some unusually severe rain in California, his roof caved in and caused significant flooding. As a result, Tristan and his youngest brother Amari are now staying with me until his home is fixed."
Kardashian uttered, "God undeniably has a divine strategy, and presently, He doesn't desire him to experience solitude. And why should he, I question?" she pondered. "To me, this is exactly what relatives do. When life becomes tumultuous, the only constant you have is your family, and Tristan and I are indeed family. We will remain family throughout the entirety of our lives."

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix
Sandoval faced criticism after news of his lengthy affair with Leviss emerged in March 2023, leading to the end of his nine-year relationship with Madix. Despite the ensuing drama, which unfolded during season 10 of Vanderpump Rules and the intense three-part reunion, Sandoval and Madix decided to still reside together.
Madix — who bought the L.A. home worth $2 million alongside Sandoval in 2019 — is keen on relocating. "I am determined to retrieve my funds from that house as soon as possible. I am ready to move forward," she disclosed to host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in May 2023.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann
Despite initially filing for divorce in May 2023, the former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Zolciak-Biermann, and her husband, Biermann, decided to reconcile in July of the same year. However, during their separation period, they continued to reside together in their Georgia home, although they made efforts to avoid each other due to the size of the house. This arrangement was maintained despite the couple having four children together and Zolciak-Biermann having two daughters from a previous relationship.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy
Frankel and Hoppy occasionally continued to cohabitate amid their nasty divorce, which was finalized in 2016 — four years after they announced their breakup.
In 2019, during a court battle for full custody of her daughter Bryn, Frankel claimed that she lived in an apartment with Jason and had a padlock on her door for protection. She described the ongoing conflict as an endless source of emotional and mental distress, including phone calls, FaceTime, being followed, harassed, and verbally attacked. She alleged that these attacks targeted her character, mental state, family, parenting, career, and overall life. Hoppy, on the other hand, denied any harassment allegations. In 2020, Frankel was granted full legal custody of Bryn.

Even after their split in 2012, The Real Housewives of Potomac stars continued to live together, so much so that their children were unaware of their divorce, as Robyn revealed to Bravo's The Daily Dish in 2022. The reality show became a source of information for their kids, as their friends would inform them about their parents' relationship and family dynamics. Consequently, their children would approach them with questions, seeking clarification. Robyn would reassure them, saying, "We're good, aren't we? We're good! Don't worry about that."
The couple eventually reconciled and remarried in February 2023.
