In the Culling Game arc, Hana Kurusu is introduced as a sorcerer with a connection to Megumi Fushiguro. It is revealed that she shares her body with Angel, an incarnated sorcerer from the Heian Era. Hana's participation in the Culling Game is driven by Angel's desire to hunt down and kill the Disgraced One, Ryomen Sukuna.
Hana's warm and friendly personality is similar to that of Yuji Itadori, and she, like him, is motivated by a desire to help others. Her inspiration comes from Megumi, who had previously saved her from a Cursed Spirit.

Motivated by an unrelenting desire to challenge formidable adversaries, Ryu Ishigori made for an intriguing addition to the diverse lineup of characters in the Culling Game arc. A seasoned sorcerer who had lived centuries before the current timeline of the series, he had grown discontent with battling lesser opponents and longed for more formidable foes to satisfy his craving for combat. Reincarnated to partake in the Culling Game, Ishigori intervened in the clash between Takako Uro and Yuta Okkotsu, sparking a memorable three-way battle royal.

Fans are eagerly anticipating his return in Jujutsu Kaisen season 3.
10) Reggie Star

Like most characters on the list, Reggie Star was a sorcerer from the past brought back to life by Kenjaku to take part in the deadly game. He was a key antagonist in the arc, leading a group of sorcerers and removing anyone who stood in their way.
Although he proved to be a strong fighter in his confrontation with Megumi, his arrogance ultimately led to his defeat.
Final thoughts
The Culling Game arc in the upcoming season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen is set to be a game-changer for the series, breaking away from the show's typical format by featuring the absence of Jujutsu society's top fighter, Satoru Gojo. With Gojo trapped in the Prison Realm, the rest of the Jujutsu sorcerers must step up and participate in the Culling Game to rescue him and thwart Kenjaku's plans. The introduction of new and eccentric characters has only added to the excitement and anticipation surrounding Jujutsu Kaisen season 3.
Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am thrilled about the announcement of season 3 and the introduction of 10 new characters. The Culling Game arc is one of my favorites in the manga, and I can't wait to see it animated. I'm particularly excited about Kinji Hakari and Hajime Kashimo. Hakari is such a charismatic and powerful character, and his fights are always a blast to watch. Kashimo is a complex and tragic figure, and I'm eager to learn more about his backstory.
I'm also looking forward to seeing how the new characters interact with the existing cast. I think they'll add a lot of new dynamics to the story and keep things interesting. Overall, I have high hopes for Jujutsu Kaisen season 3, and I can't wait to see what it has in store for us.
